We Pledge 1% : Time and Profit

Future Neutral is proud to be part of Pledge 1%.   Pledge 1% is simple, it's a premise that all companies can choose to pledge 1% of their time, profit, equity and/or product pro-bono to causes that are important to the employees of the business.

This effect compounds over time, and grows as the business grows.  We pledge 1% of company time and profit towards those causes that are most important to our employees.

Time: Employees can choose to spend their 1% helping a cause they believe in.  This could be through volunteering, or donating their skill as a programmer, marketer or operations person to an enterprise in need.

Profit: We will donate 1% of company profits to enterprises as voted on by our employees.  The 1% will be distributed as per the distribution of votes.
